Edificio per uffici Passivhaus a Dubai
L’ing. Marco Filippi di "EnergyPlus Project" illustrerà durante il #TasUserDay il progetto di un edificio per uffici realizzato quest’anno a Dubai, del quale ha progettato assieme a Michele Dorigo l’involucro in standard #Passivhaus e l’impiantistica. L’edificio è stato progettato e realizzato in modo da raggiungere i severi standard energetici previsti dal protocollo #Passivhaus anche nel clima torrido degli Emirati. Il progetto architettonico è stato realizzato dallo studio Casetta & Partners, che ha curato anche il project managment, mentre l’Università di Bergamo ha eseguito il dimensionamento dei componenti impiantistici e dei sistemi di produzione di energia da fonte rinnovabile. La progettazione è stata realizzata utilizzando il PHPP per il calcolo Passivhaus e Tas Engineering per la simulazione dinamica. L’edificio è stato certificato dallo studio tedesco Herz&Lang.
The Engineer Marco Filippi of "EnergyPlus Project" office will outline during the #TasUserDay the project of an office building constructed this year in Dubai, for which he has designed, together with Michele Dorigo, the building envelope in #Passivhaus standard and the plant design. The building was designed and built to achieve the strict energy standards required by the Protocol Passivhaus in the hot climate of the Emirates. The project was calculated with PHPP and simulated with Tas Engineering. The building was certified by the German office Herz&Lang.
